Welcome to Novaa Cabs. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are made via phone call or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after our team acknowledges your request. Novaa Cabs reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
Fares & Payments
Fares are charged on a per-kilometre basis as displayed on our website. The following apply:
- Sedan: Rs. 14/km (outstation)
- XUV / Ertiga and Crysta rates as quoted at the time of booking
- GST, toll charges, and parking fees are not included in the base fare
- Fare estimates are indicative; final fare depends on actual distance travelled
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee as communicated by our team at the time of booking.
Passenger Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
- Treat our drivers with respect and courtesy
- Not carry any illegal items or engage in prohibited activities during the trip
- Wear a seatbelt at all times during the journey
Limitation of Liability
Novaa Cabs shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, text, and images is owned by or licensed to Novaa Cabs. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
